Streaming audio instructions for Windows and Macintosh operating systems: Place your mouse pointer over the linked file you wish to listen to and click the left button on your mouse.

Download instructions for Windows operating systems: Place your mouse pointer over the linked file you wish to download, click the right button on your mouse, and from the drop-down menu choose "Save Target As..." or "Download Linked File" or "Save Link As..." or "Save Link Target As..." depending on your web browser. A "Save As" window may open with choices about (1) where to save the file ("Desktop" is default), (2) the name of the file, and (3) the type of the file ("MP3 Format Sound" is default). The author advises against changing these default settings. Simply click on the "Save" button with the left button on your mouse and the file should download to your Desktop.
